How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum spend requirements and no extra charges when your parcel arrives. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1 to 3 working days and shipping takes 6 to 8 working days, so your total delivery time is 7 to 11 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also use the Track Your Order page on our website with your order number and email address.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please email us first so we can send your return instructions.

We process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. It goes back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
